I grew up in Fr. Worth, TX, lived in Denton after marriage. We have lived in Chicago and Kansas City. We have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren, all of whom live close to us. I cook for grandchildren quit often. I love to bake, especially cookies. My family loves my chocolate cake. I also like to bake cheesecakes and pies. I always make my pie crust with the old fashioned recipe my mother used. I love to make my Italian mother-in-laws(deceased) recipes: Spaghetti and meat balls, lasagna, ravioli. I also like to make the chicken and homemade noodle recipe handed from my grandmother and mother.
