I'm a stay at home mom with a 4yo son and 1yo daughter. My days are filled with joy and stress and I always look forward to preparing a rounded meal for my family at the end of the day. I love cooking breakfast foods and creating interesting pasta dishes. Both my kids love soup so I've become quite good at improving those too. My husband calls me the left-over queen because I can take a bunch of left-overs and make something new and often "better than the first time". Everyone loves my German Chocolate Cake (I follow the traditional recipe). I used to be an awful baker. It didn't seem to matter what I did it always came out wrong. I'm starting to get better a tit though. I think it's because I view cooking as an art and I like to get creative but with baking it's really all about the science. Creativity is great, as long as you compensate with your other ingredients.
