Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
cooking time was a little too long. ham dried out.

Modenese Pork Chops
The flavor was pretty good. I used white meat chops, but maybe the dark would have more flavor. There wasn't enough in the pan for any kind of sauce to put over the chops and they took much longer to cook than the 25 minutes the recipe stated it would take. So all in all, I don't think I'd do this one again.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
These flavors were wonderful and my kids liked it too! thank you. i will definitely make this again.
