I'm of Sicilian decent, married to a very lovely country girl and we live on our small ranch in southern Utah. We both love to cook, in fact we have a part time catering svc and cook for our local senior citizen center. We raise our own beef and poultry.. We love our horses, dogs and yep, cats. For relaxation we go to Mesquite Nevada for wining and dining and a bit of gambling. We also love to go on cruises and we love visiting our children and grand children in Las Vegas and Arizona. Mexican and Italian food. Sour cream chicken enchiladas, tacos, etc.. I love pasta (all kinds) meat sauce or italian sausage. Shrimp scampi is an other favorite of mine. On cold winter days we mlove chili or ham hocks and beans. I guess there isn't much I don't like and just about willing to try anything new. Thaanksgiving, I love to get up early and prepare our turkey and stuffing etc.. I love mashed butternut squash, green bean casserole, etc. Later in the day a hot butterd rum is good. We did a Dutch oven dinner for almost 200 people (family reunion) and it went off really well. I was quite proud of my wife and my son who also helped out. We got rave reviews and people kept comeing back for seconds and thirds.. Most of these folks never heard of or tried dutch oven cooking.. We did dutch oven chicken, potatoes, bbq'd pork, beans and salad. It was really good. Can't think of any. If do I'll type in..
