Quick Chili I
Love it! Make a few tweeks here and there depepnding on what's in the pantry/fridge, but this a total keeper. I've made it several times and my kids and hunny always request it.

Lance's French Onion Soup
Delicious - I find myself making this just for me during the middle of the week... I do add a dash of worcestershire, and omit the white sugar, and I carmelize my onions with brown sugar and add the white wine to that.

Honey Mustard Dressing II
Tweaked it a little - used Low Fat Miracle Whip to cut calories, so I reduced the amount of honey and added some pepper. Very good!
