Red Skinned Potato Salad
I really enjoyed this dish, as well as eveyone that was over visiting this weekend. I used green onion, a little sweet and dill relish and 8 eggs, But I had a 'big' pot of red potatos. I also seasoned it up with red pepper, garlic salt, and celery salt. (omitted the celery and boiled the onion with the potatos as my son doesnt like the cruchies. We just harvested our red potatos and this being the first year we planted, I have been searching for red potato recipes. Thanks, this is a keeper.

Golden Baked Chicken
I didnt get the nice brown crispiness, but went back and read about the broiler tip. Also we tend to like a little more spice. I feel it is a great basic to build on. I think I will try with a spicy marinara on the side next time. Good recipe.

Stewed Cabbage
I spiced it up a bit with Rotel along with the stewed tomatoes and also added some cayanne, red pepper flakes and some spicy sausage. I also doubled the garlic and celery. Had to use bacon drippings also, (It is a southern thing) My picky eaters curled up their noses while cooking. But they ended up loving it. My sister-in-law was visiting while I was cooking and she said she hated cabbage. She tasted it and loved it! She said that I should be proud, as that was the first cabbage that she has ever eaten because of the smell. Great recipe! I love making new dishes and the "I told you so!" factor.
