Sweet and Sour Pepper Pork
It's good but was kinda spicy for us. My kids weren't too crazy about this dish either. I doubled the recipe & added pinapple to substitute for water & sugar (used onlyl 3 tbsp brown sugar). The pepper was too much. I'd only use 1 tsp for a double recipe, or maybe even 1/2 tsp.

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
I give this recipe 3 stars because I did several alterations after reading other reviews. I think paprika alone would be too plain so here it what I did... Microwaved 4 sweet potatoes for 5 min Peel & slice into 1/4" slices. Brush lightly with olive oil Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt to a zip bag. Put sliced sweet potatoes in bag & shake. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, broil for 1-2 min. Great alternative to french fries, has a nice sweet & mild flavor.

Creamy Cordon Bleu Bake
Even after altering this recipe I still found it too salty. I used regular bread crumbs instead of saltines. I think it might be ok if I had used low sodium soups. Regardless my kids did like it- I doubt I will ever make this recipe again.
