Tainted Fruit Shots

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
Also well known as jello shots.. these little babies do the trick. If you don't have that many shot glasses you can use a cookie sheet and cut into squares. Last halloween i made these and added gummy worms to them for the creeping, fun effective.

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2009
Absolutely Amazing! I had never had lamb and was a little skeptic, but it came out great. I had to make a minor sub because i did not have garlic powder so i used half the amount of salt as directed and used garlic salt instead. This one is a keeper for sure. Thanks for a great recipe

Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
I took the advice of other reviews and used real peanut butter instead of the chips and mixed the condensed milk in with it before spreading it onto the graham cracker crust. Also i mixed the butter with the graham cracker crumbs and then spread on the bottom of the pan. My husband and company loved them and ate half the pan in one sitting. I personally thought they were too sweet, yet hard to stay out of. All in all a pretty good recipe.

Baked Applesauce

Awesome recipe and so easy to make. I made this dish as a side for thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I added ripe pears to the mix for the last 10 minute of baking. It added a nice flavor and made it go further. Highly reccomend trying this dish!

S'mores

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
One a recent camping trip with some redneck friends i was introduced to a new version of smores that were surprisingly delicious. Instead of taking a hershey choc. bar they used choc. cake frosting and added jiffy peanut butter to the mix. If you love reese's cups you will love this spin of a classic recipe!! Yummy!
