I am an avid motorcyclist, I practice and teach yoga and am a group exercise instructor when not working fulltime as an insurance product specialist, wife and mother!! I like to cook with my slow cooker and finding ways to have supper cooked quick, easy but tasty!! My Christmas Eve Gumobo is looked forward to each year, my mother in law would cook every year and when she passed away I picked up the tradition. My gumbo, not an easy dish and takes a lot of time at the stove. Some recipes I tried in the slow cooker that did not turn out as planned, the cats would not even eat it!!
