Microwave Caramel Popcorn

I used butter popcorn, not a good idea. I'll use plain popcorn next time. I also like my popcorn chewier so I'll heat less next time also.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Yummy! I will double the cream cheese topping recipe next time and put 2 tbsp. on each muffin. As the recipe is now I ran out of topping just using 1 tbsp.

Made this recipe for a family party and everyone loved it. I used rasperry jello and thawed out a bag of frozen raspberries to mix with the jello. The only thing I'll do different next time is double the cream cheese filling. This recipe is a keeper!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I can't believe I made something so wonderful. I added a chopped jalapeno (seeded), garlic, and Italian Seasoning. I will definitely make this dish again.
