I'm a grandmother 19 times over. I am not wild about cooking although I do fine BUT I LOVE to bake!!! I'm a very young 70 yr old and there is only myself now except when I can get the kids and grands over to eat also. Love to cook roast either traditional or with ro-tel diced tomatoes and chopped grn chili peppers and rice. I love to bake bread, pies, cookies, cobblers etc. mac and cheese with plenty of cheese! chinese beef with veggies, chili mac, steamed cabbage and fried yellow squash with pork chops or fried chicken. roast with tomatoes and chili peppers. Chinese beef with veggies and pies, cookies and breads Made an OPA pie and forgot to put any flour in the bottom of the pie shell and the peaches were especially juicy and after it baked it was SOUP! My husband said it tasted good just had to eat it with a bowl and spoon!
