Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns
Excellent! tasty, need I say more. The buns were very good, got some good feedback. I doubled the required amount of cinnamon to 4tsp, cut the brown sugar to 3/4 cups and added 2tbsp white sugar to flour mixture. For the icing I mixed 3oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp milk and a few tbstsp of powder sugar. The icing is more cream cheesy than sweet. Its was a good compliment. This recipe is a keeper.

Clone of a Cinnabon
The buns turned out very good. I made a few changes Instead of magarine I used shortening a little over 1/8 c, I use 1/4 c sugar for the bun and 3/4 c brown sugar for the filing. The kids really like it. I also butter the top of each bun aftering them place in the pan and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mix on top before raising.
