These turned out really yummy and I especially liked the short cooking time compared to other baked oatmeal recipes. I used applesauce instead of oil, 1/4 C brown sugar, 1/4 C white sugar, and added one apple cut up, also a touch of nutmeg. I mixed it up the night before and just poured it into the pan in the morning and popped it into the oven. Healthy, tasty, and quick, what more could you ask for.
