Shepherd's Pie VI
Okay, but kind of plain, not enough flavor. Didn't like the way the leftovers tasted, best when freshly made.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
Love it, but did change it up a bit. For some reason I had never even thought of buying black beans, but now that I have tried them, I really the way they taste. I had to add kidney and garbanzo beans, I mean, it's chili, you just kind of have too. I didn't have red wine vinegar last time, but am making it again tomorrow and will use this time. Can't wait!
