I live to cook anything Italian, but I really like to cook whenever and whatever I can, especially using local and seasonal ingrediants.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Saefood for Christmas every year, and what I like to call double whammy durng Thanksgiving. FULL Italian meal first, lasgna, manicotti, macaroni and gravy, then the full "traditional" THanksgiving meal, turkey and all the fixings.
