Penne a la Vodka I
GREAT dish...one of my favs. I modify a little, sometimes using regular spaghetti sauce instead of crushed tomatoes and a can of diced tomatoes...all the same basic idea. Usually use less onion and never skimp on the garlic. Love this meal with kielbasa sausage or shrimp. Yum!!!

Espresso Bark
Very good, but very STRONG. I crunched up the beans a little but I probly shouldn't have done that...made it a little gritty but that was my fault. The flavor was good though. I used french roast. Would make again!

Chocolate Pretzel Rings
A very cool and easy idea. I had trouble with any that had white chocolate or the kisses with caramel filling, and hot cocoa filling. The peanut butter filled and mint truffle ones worked GREAT and of course the regular kisses. Was a nice snack for my new years party!
