Robbi's M&M Cookies
I used 2 sticks of salted butter in place of the shortening, 2 teaspoons of Vanilla (rather than 1 1/2), 2 1/4 cup of flour rather than 2 1/2 cup and added about 1 cup of the M&M's to the mix rather than the 3/4 cup asked for. They turned out perfectly. It only made about 2 1/2 dozen cookies for me. I baked them at 375 degrees instead of 350 degrees. They were delicious and took exactly 10 minutes in my oven.
