Chewy Sugar Cookies
I would give this a 10 for the flavor, but two things: 1)way too much margarine! I would call them butter cookies instead of sugar cookies! I was really doubting when I saw the recipe called for that much margarine.I could feel my hands oily as I ate them, if you suffer from high choloesterol stay away!
2) my first batch came as others, paper thin flat. I fixed this by adding lots of flour until they felt just right to roll between my hands. The solution to thin flat cookies is therefore more flour! Do not bake your cookies if they dough feels too sticky, it's a recipe for disaster!
