Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Very easy and versatile. I used egg noodles and a rotisserie chicken from a local store. One of the easiest meals. This is a keeper.

Sloppy Joe Spaghetti

Not very good. The sauce was very thick and the peppers and onions needed to be sauted before it is added to the sauce.

Mac 'n' Cheese Soup

Smoked Cheese Ravioli

This is a great recipe. I changed it a little bit. I cooked and marinated the chicken in a homemade salsa for 24hrs. I omitted the packaged taco seasoning. I also used a mixture of cheeses. Very good!

Pancakes

This recipe was bland. I was really hesitant to try a pancake recipe that didn't call for baking soda or milk in the ingredients. I should have listened. There was no amount of butter and syrup that could take away the dry, bland taste.

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Very good flavor. I mixed 1 pound turkey with 1 pound ground beef. I noticed that several noted that it took some time in getting done. I thought I was experiencing the same issue and then I noticed that the ham in the middle was pink. The meatloaf was actually done but I was deceived by the ham. I also used monterey jack cheese b/c that was all I had. I will make this again.

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

The provolone cheese is what makes this dish. This is a dish that I would make again. The only thing that I changed was the amount of tomato sauce. I used 6 cups and that was plenty.

Cinnamon Ice Cream

I was very happy with how this ice cream turned out. The best way to describe the flavor of this ice cream is drinking the leftover milk after you have a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The ice cream was gone in a matter of minutes. YUMMY!

Amish Meatloaf

This is a very moist meat loaf. I have to say it is a little to sweet for me. My kids did not like the taste. My husband however loved it. He had several helpings. It is all about prefrence. If you don't like sweet then this is not the meat loaf for you.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Cheddar Puff Biscuits

I followed the recipe exactly and the biscuits were not edible. The biscuit smelled great but I knew it went south when I started adding the eggs. Not sure what went wrong but I was so disappointed.

Touch of Honey Biscuits

If you follow the exact recipe the biscuits are okay (bland). I would recommend adding sugar and more honey to give it some taste. I did use a cinnamon honey butter(found on this site)and it was awesome.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Very good flavor. I used Baby Ray's barbecue sauce and it gave the meat a really good smoked flavor. It did take the meat a little bit longer to cook for me (almost 6 hrs in the slow cooker)but it was well worth the wait.
