Mac 'n' Cheese Soup
Kids loved the soup. A little too watery for me. I will not add as much water to the vegtables.

Smoked Cheese Ravioli
Very good base for this dish. I am going to enjoy experimenting with different cheeses. YUMMY!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
This is a great recipe. I changed it a little bit. I cooked and marinated the chicken in a homemade salsa for 24hrs. I omitted the packaged taco seasoning. I also used a mixture of cheeses. Very good!
