I made this for a ladies meeting and everyone loved it, and wanted the recipe. I made a few changes based on what I had and some of the other reviewers. I made a batch without mushrooms for my husband, and used cream of chicken with herbs instead of cream of mushroom. I think it would be hard to mess this up. thanks for a good recipe!!!

I give this five stars. It was excellent. Everyone had seconds! I did put the hashbrowns on bottom and baked them at 400 degrees until they started to brown around the edges as recommended by other reviewers. I will definitely make this again. thanks for a great recipe.
