Egg Salad Sandwiches
Liked the little kick of the mustard powder but, even with some chopped celery added, this was a little bland for my taste. Maybe will add some chopped sweet pickles or hot pepper flakes next time. Good way to use up all the Easter eggs though!

Jennifer's Granola
I've already made this recipe twice - loving it. I only had quick oats on hand and it's fine. No sunflower seeds on hand so just added more of the other nuts. One tsp of salt was plenty. Used a pyrex glass casserole dish and it was fine after baking for an hour (some other reviewers commented that an hour was too long). Not super crunchy but just enough "chew". I plan on making it for my dad for his birthday.

Spicy Roasted Edamame
This was a good side dish but still couldn't get my husband and three boys to eat much of it. Hubby thought it was a little "oily". I had it the next day over penne and that was a good meal too.
