Classic Tiramisu
Delicious! Glad to see that you heat up the egg yolks...so many recipes just use them raw--I just can't do it!! Also I soaked the ladyfingers for a second in a coffee and coffee liquor mixture instead of just brushing the liquid on--made it softer. (i used the hard ladyfingers). What a great recipe!!yummy!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Just right! It was very creamy and had the best cream cheese flavor. Used it for pumpkin bread and it was perfect.
