Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Great marinade but I made a few changes. I let the chops marinade for 10 hrs and then cooked at 375 for 45 min covered. Like others suggested, I broiled them for about 5 minutes at the end. I actually had 3 thick boneless chops so I made about triple the amount of sauce, but actually only tripled a few of the ingredients. I kept the ketchup at 2 tbsp, used 3 tbsp of Teriyaki, 1 tsp of oil, 6 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of Worcestershire and 2 tbsp of lemon juice. YUMMM!
