About this Cook
I'm a victim of a pardigm shift. In my generation, the ladies don't care to know how to cook. That's cool though, cuz I like learning new things. ;)
My favorite things to cook
Fruity Pebbles
My favorite family cooking traditions
The fiancee' and I do Pancake Sunday.
My cooking triumphs
I made this wicked good chicken dish with proscuitto ham and a white wine sauce. It was gnarly good eatin'.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf
I enjoyed this for the most part. The pickle juice was enough pickle flavoring and the pickle chunks were a little much. I did get SEVERE heartburn and indigestion throughout the night after eating this, so if you have acid reflux problems STAY AWAY.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
I'm on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet, and this fit the bill. Tastes great, and really healthy. The only downside is the amount of cheese. It makes for really good eatin', but it almost counters the low fat of the turkey. I just cut back the cheese a little and I was good to go. Good food. MAKE IT!
