Hi, Im chloe and i love cooking =] anything at all!! i love it, =] We have a gorgeous recipe for apple tart which has been passed through generations. One word - irresistable =] my no.1 cooking triumphs was when i first baked apple crunch mini muffins. It was my first time ever baking and i was certain i made a mess. I made 20 of them. They were gone in a flash which really inspired my interest in cooking! =] well, one time i tried making bread and butter pudding in a house my family go to in west cork. However it was an old house with an old ove with no temperature markings on it, lets just say, it was a very soggy (liquid) bread and butter pudding =]
