Baked Potato Soup
Super yummy and easy. I halved the basil per some of the other reviews, but I think I should have added what the recipe called for. It would have been fabulous...especially if you are a fan of basil. So I say stick with it like it's written and you can't go wrong. My kids loved it too. I skipped the pepper sauce in the pot , but my hubby added it to his bowl. Thanks for this recipe. I will add it to my fall/winter dinner rotation regularly!

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches
Made this for a baby shower, served in mini-croissants. It was beautiful and REALLY good. The mix of flavors can't be beat.I followed the recipe exactly, except for the pecans as the Mommy to be doesn't care for nuts and I used a rotisserie chicken. I think the pecans would have been a nice addition, but it was still fabulous without them. This will go straight in my recipe box!

World's Best Lasagna
YUMMMMMMM!!! This is FABULOUS!! It was rather salty... and I already cut the recipe by one tsp after other reviewers said the same. Interestingly though, it was not nearly as salty (leftover) the next day... maybe it has time to mix with the noodles etc... so you may be ok with the same amount of salt if you are preparing it ahead of time. This is a an awesome recipe though, and will become my official lasagna recipe.... I also added a little extra mozz... can never have too much cheese :>)
