Cola Pork Chops

I followed the recipe exactly and found it to be good, but not great. I will try it again using reviewers suggestions because the ease of it is too great to dismiss quickly.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
I love that this recipe produces a bread that doesn't crumble when you cut or hold! It's actually springy like grocery store bread. That and the fact that it's the only bread machine bread I've ever made to not be super crumbly - I'm off grocery store bread permanently!

No Time to Cook Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
The title of this recipe isn't kidding - so easy! I cooked mine on high for 5 hrs per another user's suggestion. I also threw in a chopped onion, seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and added fresh broccoli in the last half hour to make it an all-in-one meal! Served over rice. So tasty. Will definitely make again!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
Boy am I glad I followed the advice of others to reduce the amount of bread crumbs! Next time I will reduce it even more. This was nice and easy, though, and with a few changes it can easily be 5 stars.

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
I really enjoyed this recipe. Next time I will not follow the advice to cut the peanut butter, I am a big PB fan and think a more peanuty flavor would be great. Also, I will add a little more chopped peanuts to the garnish. The crunch factor is great. I will also add the red peppers when I add the sauce ingredients so they don't melt away. Tasty!

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
Delicious! Very easy to make and yet the presentation and taste will make your family doubt that. :) I followed the advice from a previous reviewer to put cheese under the asparagus and then add some on top at the very end. It helped keep the asparagus in place when serving. People in the lunchroom at work saw my leftovers and wanted the recipe. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks!

These were very tasty. I agree with the previous reviewer that I prefer it with the filling part doubled!

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
DELICIOUS! Found this while looking for something to bring over to my mom who is gluten intolerant. Everyone loved it. I took the advice to use all chocolate (I used semi-sweet morsels) and no cocoa and served it with ice cream & strawberries. The family was split 50/50 on vanilla vs. coffee ice cream, so bring both like I did. Heaven on a plate.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

So easy! I agree with the previous reviewers who said not to cook it with the vegetables. It definitely needed every bit of that gravy. Thanks for the tip!

Wilted Spinach with Cherries and Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
Delicious!!! Where has this been my whole life? A fantastic combination of flavors. The spinach cooks down quite a bit though, so if you're big veggie eaters, plan on it making half as many servings as it states. Also, I tried refrigerating an extra serving that already had the goat cheese on it and it reheated very well. Everyone in the lunchroom was jealous today when I brought my leftovers in. :)
