Basil Tomato Soup
Great soup and easy to make.I add more sugar (to taste)and halve the butter and it turns out delicious. I like to serve it with a nice loaf of bread. Yum!

Mediterranean Tilapia
This recipe is delicious. My husband doesn't like fish but is looking forward to this again. I did substitute tomato pesto in this dish. Also this is a very simple dish to prepare.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
We really enjoyed this bread pudding. I didn't have a whole loaf of bread but the recipe was easy to cut in half. (I used two eggs). The butterscotch chips made it special. I think the sugar could be cut down because it was very sweet.
