Bisquick® Streusel Coffee Cake

Super fast and easy. I added about 1 and 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries, and had to bake it an extra 20 minutes. Good with ice cream.

Pumpkin Protein Cookies

I skipped the oil and added two whole eggs instead. I also added an extra 1/4 cup of pumpkin (I didn't want to throw out leftovers). Baking time was about 8 minutes and they were still soft. I just had one for breakfast - yummy, and healthy. Thank you for the recipe!!

Pumpkin Cheese Bread II

My family found this was too sweet, and suggested cutting down on the sugar, especially in the cheese filling.
