At 58, I just graduated Culinary School. Prior to that I was in the Travel Industry for 22 years. I am retired from an airline and travel as much as possible. Italian. I grew up cooking with my Italian Immigrant Grandmother. Italian is my comfort food. I also love to do casseroles, stews and soups. since culinary school I've been doing alot of baking, which is new to me but I love it. Pasta, pasta and pasta. Bread. My new love. In school I turned my whipped cream into butter on a practical exam.
