I tried this for a change of pace with my round steak, and wow! My husband couldn't stop raving about the sauce and what a great flavor it had. I served it over rice with honey-butter green beans on the side which made a very pretty meal as well as a well liked meal. I will definitely make this again!

Swabian Meatballs (Fleischkuechle)

I made these meatballs to put into baked spaghetti. The flavor in this recipe is FANTASTIC...I served 6 people and even the picky eater ate them. I liked the method of soaking the bread in the milk beforehand, but needed to adjust the milk-bread ratio a bit because the meatballs ended up a bit mushy for my taste. RECOMMEND!
