i use less butter and oil and add a jar of clam juice instead it works out better less oily

Easy Breaded Shrimp
I put the shrimp in a plastic bag with flour first. I THAN DO THE OTHER STEPS ALSO I FRY THE SHRIMP IN A FRYING PAN WITH A LITTLE OIL INSTEAD OF DEEP FRYING IT IS LESS GREASY THAT WAY DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
i put the corned beef in my pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour then let it cool down on it's own it is very tender and remember to slice against the grain
