Hashbrown Casserole

I tried using fresh grated potatoes instead of frozen potatoes and it turned out mushy, but tasty. I'm sure it's good with the frozen potatoes.

Creamy Fruit Salad

Great recipe. I think the grape jelly and chili sauce could be cut in half as there was a lot of sauce leftover. Also, try cooking up some little smokies sausages in the leftover sauce - they are yummy too!

Almond Puff Pastries

These didn't quite turn out as I'd expected,but they were good. I'd add some powdered sugar to the whip cream. I haven't worked with puff pastry too much before.

Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

This was too tart, but the consistency was great. I doubled the strawberries and added 1-2 T. of agave syrup and then it was great! We enjoyed this with a spicy Cajun recipe. The drink cooled the palate.
