Coconut-Avocado Ice Cream

its comes out beautiful and creamy. The only problem is that it needs to be eaten immediately because when it is frozen it is very hard to scoop and over time it goes a bit sour tasting.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

this was very tasty. I used half a chicken and marinated it over night. the result was a very tender, tasty roast :)I agree with the others though, this is great with chili and needs some garlic

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

I made this without the strawberries and less sugar, they were a success! Very tasty not to mention low in calories and high in fibre :)

Masala Chai

this was very good, however i made a few changes so that I could have a more spicy chai. i added one star aniseed pod and 2 slices of fresh ginger which i strained out with the other spices.
