I'm 19 and a working college student. I'm really into music (the record industry's my future), writing, photography, and baking. They're all hobbies of mine that I do whenever I'm not at work or asleep. As for why I'm here, I love baking, specifically experimental baking. I love to improvise :) If it sounds odd, I'll probably try it.

Banana Muffins II
Great muffins!!! I followed the recipe exactly and only added walnuts on the tops. Definitely take the advice mentioned by others and don't over-mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones. I can't wait to make these again!!!

Best Brownies
I followed the brownie recipe completely and even added the frosting. They were really good and my dad loved them! Definitely keep an eye on the pan once it hits around 20 minutes, keep testing it with a toothpick every minute after til it's ready. For the frosting, I'd add the sugar gradually until it tastes to your liking, that way you'll avoid it being too sweet. I only substituted the honey for corn syrup because it was all I had on hand, still good though :)

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out lovely. I even added the walnuts and they looked great! The dough is really sticky when you make it so be sure to refrigerate it before you put it on the cookie sheet (if you're planning on cutting them into specific shapes)
