No Bake Cookies III
Soft - not runny, Chewey and delicious! I added the cocoa when I put in the oatmeal, used natural peanut butter and unsalted butter. My family recipe for no-bakes had 1 cup of coconut stirred in with the oatmeal and NO peanut butter. In the end - it's ALL GOOD

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Very good recipe - the flavors of sweet and savory seem to marry beautifully in this dish. Peoples tastes are all different though and most of my family just couldn't adjust to sausaage and apples in their stuffing. I still use the basics of this recipe but to keep my parents happy I cut the apple, cranberries and sausage amounts in half, added one box of "savory herb" stove top to bring up the bread to meat ratio and double the liquid so I can make this outside the bird in my crockpot. I loved the recipe "as is" but it's still very tasty modified for family preferences.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I can't imagine how this recipe didn't turn out well for some people. It was fast and easy and the cookies were chewy and delicious. I used one box of vanilla and one box of chocolate pudding because that's all I had in the house. I also used twice as much vanilla only because our family is big on the vanilla taste. I only had one cup of butter so I substituted Smart Balance for the other cup. The recipe made beautiful, soft chocolaty, chocolate chip cookies that the hubby loved. Thanks for the recipe.
