Mom's Coleslaw
Made this in a purple version to take tailgating. It was a big hit. I used Miracle Whip instead of mayo and it worked great. Will definately make this again.

Famous Pork Chops
Yummy. I followed the suggestion to finish under the broiler in order to make them more crispy. Will definately make this one again.

Broccoli Coleslaw
Very good, but the dressing definately needs time to let the flavors mix. It was much better after sitting overnight.
