Hot Milk Sponge Cake II
This didn't turn out well, very floury tasting. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it was the recipe but this is the first recipe on this site that I've had problems with.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
This was a great recipe! I modified the recipe because I wasn't sure about the beer. Surprisingly the final product turned out so wonderfully flavorful. I used a Sirloin Tip roast (that was all I could find at the grocery store). This cut of meat was on point, I will definitely use this next time. Like I said, I cut out the beer - instead I used 32oz of beef broth, 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 packet of dried onion soup mix. I think I added a tad bit of minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper as well. I let it cook in the crock pot on low for 9 hours. My fiance went to pull the meat apart an hour before serving as some have suggested and when he tried the roast just fell apart on its own. This went great with toasted french bread and melted white american cheese. I can't wait to make this again!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This recipe was so delicous!! This was my first cheesecake and I was a little apprehensive but it turned out fabulous! I did use graham cracker crumbs instead of oreo crumbs and it tasted great. I wanted to cook the cheesecake in a waterbath but did not have a pan large enough to fit my 9 inch springform pan in so I ended up using the 8 inch pan to cook the cheesecake. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to cook and after it was done I let it sit in he oven with the heat off for about an hour. I then let the cheesecake cool for about an hour or two and then refridgerated overnight. It turned out perfect!
