Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
This was a great recipe! I modified the recipe because I wasn't sure about the beer. Surprisingly the final product turned out so wonderfully flavorful. I used a Sirloin Tip roast (that was all I could find at the grocery store). This cut of meat was on point, I will definitely use this next time. Like I said, I cut out the beer - instead I used 32oz of beef broth, 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 packet of dried onion soup mix. I think I added a tad bit of minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper as well. I let it cook in the crock pot on low for 9 hours. My fiance went to pull the meat apart an hour before serving as some have suggested and when he tried the roast just fell apart on its own. This went great with toasted french bread and melted white american cheese. I can't wait to make this again!
