Happy Shrimp
I thought this was okay but not outstanding. I probably won't make again. I served it over spaghetti with garlic bread on the side.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was outstanding! I followed the recipe to a "T". Beware you might need an extra hand to stir the roux while you add ingredients to the soup. Other than that it was simple and lived up to it's name - DELICIOUS!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
Nice spice with 2 chipotle chili peppers. I used some of the leftover adobo sauce to make chipotle mayo. Very good. Thank you!
