I'm married to my husband for 34 years...have 2 sons..33 n 27. A daughter-in -law 29. I don't consider myself a good cook.I'm bored with cooking..always looking for something new to make...I rather bake... spagetti sauce/meatballs.. chicken rollatini.. beef brocolli n potato casserole.. crumb cake..cream puffs..yummmmm My grandmother always made these pies the week of Easter.We called them Easter pies, don't know if they had another name...They were good!! She always made sauce and meatballs for our Sunday dinner and I make that every Sunday... I think she had her own name for things.She made choc. pudding /w grahmn cracker layers and called it ice box pie. Well it was actually funny,one xmas eve we were cleaning up from dinner n I had made cream puffs, desserts were everywhere, these were on a snack tray, we were in n out of the kitchen n next thing we notice that my black lab had eaten almost all of them, at least 12, although she did save some. Guess she was full..LOL(needless to say it was alot of work to make them).
