Cream of Mushroom and Soy Sauce Pork Chops
The only great thing I can say about this recipe is that it came out very tender. Otherwise, my family did not like it at all. Even my non-picky husband thought the soy sauce flavor was over-powering. Will not make again.

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks
These were amazingly good. My huband and I LOVED them. They were pretty spicey, but we like spice. :) I didn't have time to marinate them more than about 40min, but they will still super flavorful. I alternated them with onions on the kebab sticks which was really yummy if you like onions, too. A+

Naan
Wow! These are really excellent. My family LOVED them. I served them with some spicy curries and some cucumber raita and it was a hit. This bread is very easy to make and they cook up very easy. Just a funny side note, I got partway through the recipe and noticed I didn't have any eggs, so I tried making it without the egg. They turned out great anyway....soft, chewy and delicious! So, if you don't have egg or are allergic and still want to make this recipe, it works! I added garlic to the dough and then added garlic to some melted butter and brushed them with the buttery garlic. Just amazing! Thanks for this easy and incredibly tasting recipe!
