I made these yesterday and they are gone. I used the smart balance butter blend and splenda baking and splenda brown. The recipe does not make many so if you have kids I would double it. My kids, 10 and 1, loved them. These cookies turned out like a bakery cookie. Chewy, soft, a little crispy on the edges. I think these are the best cookies I have ever baked.

These are GREAT! My husband takes them to work and my kids really like them as well. I use raisins in place of the cocolate chips.

These are VERY good.I made them about a month ago. I am slow on the reviews sometimes. I did not fry the fish. I coated it with cormeal and cooked it on a big electric griddle. I also used talapia. The sauce is awesome!!! I used all fat free yogurt, no mayo and whole wheat tortillas. I am making these again tomorrow.
