I have been the excutive chef for many world famous resorts and resturants. I love to cook and create. I am in the process of writing my first cookbook, which I will be putting some of the recipes on this site for all of you to try. I love to cook or bake everything. Thats just my thing. Any recipe that my grandma has. She is 93 and old Polish. And she can cook. The best cook in the whole wide world.. Christmas tins. We make about 50 tins a year and pass them out to who ever. They are filled with many unique cookies from around the world. ( I make them all.) fudges, mini cakes,and homemade candies. Everybody just love these tins. I pass them out to friends, family, customers, and strangers. Goulash I made 1 time for my family. Oh god it was horrible. That was 13 years ago and I still cant live that one down.
