Quick and Easy Spinach Bread
What a great easy recipe. I took the advice of others and doubled the garlic (maybe a little more even!). I added in some really thin sliced tomatoes and topped with some extra cheese and italian seasoning while it baked. Great for dipping in marinara. This is a keeper. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the bread towards the inside of the roll never seems to really bake for me. As a result, its a tad squishy on the inside but still tastes great!

Spinach Pinwheels
Easy and great. I just used a small tub of onion and chive cream cheese and tore up some fresh spinach leaves to sprinkle all over the top until the cheese was covered. I can't imagine putting in more cheese than the recommended amount, but to each his or her own!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta
Great recipe base. Subbed the tomatoes with a can of diced Italian-style and that worked out well. Also added a few more Italian spices to kick it up a bit, but overall tasted well on its own. I think you can get away with less feta but that's personal preference.
