About this Cook
Well I'm a mother of three wonderful children.I joined this site because I was tired of eating the same things.I wanted to try diffrent things.Right now I'm going thru a baking stage.I have never made a cookie from scratch of cake or anything along those lines.I'm relly suprised to see how easy it is .I used to think that you always use box cake mixes and prepared cookie dough because the alternative took too long. But now I know that it doesn't take anylonger than duing it my self. But the biggest thing I've realized is that cake from scratch blows box cake away. And all these things that I thought were ok are sooooo good.(Asd long as they are baked from scratch.)
My favorite things to cook
Right now I love making quick breads.Like banana bread and so on.
My favorite family cooking traditions
In my family we have none. But thats something I'm trying to change for my kids.
My cooking triumphs
Wow thats hard.Figuring out how to make the best chocolate cake.
My cooking tragedies
My latest one is a cranberry bread.I forgot to put sugar in it and it came out looking beautiful but tasted horrible.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
This was a great recipe.I added scallops to it and it was perfect.Just what I was in the mood for the only thing I would change next time is to make it spicier.

Cranberry Pie II
This was a really nice surprise.I didn't expect it to be as good as it was.The only thing I'll change next time is cook for 5 to 10 min longer.

Turkey Tetrazzini II
I made this last night and it was a great hit.I did make some changes.I cooked mushrooms with onion and garlic and added that to the turkey.Mixed everything together and then topped it with some bread crumbs.Came out soooo great.I will be making this again.
