Well I'm a mother of three wonderful children.I joined this site because I was tired of eating the same things.I wanted to try diffrent things.Right now I'm going thru a baking stage.I have never made a cookie from scratch of cake or anything along those lines.I'm relly suprised to see how easy it is .I used to think that you always use box cake mixes and prepared cookie dough because the alternative took too long.But now I know that it doesn't take anylonger than duing it my self.But the biggest thing I've realized is that cake from scratch blows box cake away.And all these things that I thought were ok are sooooo good.(Asd long as they are baked from scratch.) Right now I love making quick breads.Like banana bread and so on. In my family we have none.But thats something I'm trying to change for my kids. Wow thats hard.Figuring out how to make the best chocolate cake. My latest one is a cranberry bread.I forgot to put sugar in it and it came out looking beautiful but tasted horrible.
