Cream Cheese Frosting II
I used this icing on a red velvet cake I made for my class and it was pretty good. The problem with it is there is much too much sugar in this recipe. I used 3 cups instead of 4, and I still had students scraping it off the cake because they said it was too sweet. I think with only two cups of sugar it would be fantastic.
