Baked Ziti I
Really delicious. A friend made this for us and the whole family loved it. me and the kids (ages 3 and 1) at it for days. Definitely will make! She says she made the following alterations: added a layer of fresh basil and used 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb italian sausage. So good.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
Good recipe. Basic and satisfying. I was looking for a recipe that had mostly pantry items and this did the trick. You can make as is or dress it up. I added frozen peas to mine and it was great. Will make again.

Dave's Georgia Black Eyed Peas
Very tasty. I made some variations, only because I cook with what i have on hand. Didn't have bacon but used bacon grease. Also sauteed some carrots, celery and garlic with the onions and sprinkled very little hot pepper in (more for flavor, not enough to make it hot). My two year old even ate it!
