Caramel Turtle Brownies
Definitely more like cake but good and moist. I thought they were too rich to eat more than one though.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies
These weren't as well received as some of the member's reviews. They were good however I would not say they were the best chocolate/pb cookie I have had.

Mini Cheesecakes I
Very easy to make. These turned out great and everyone loved them. Thanks for the tip of removing them from the oven before they crack!
