Breaded Brussels Sprouts
I actually for one, love brussel sprouts, bitter taste and all. I personally didn't like the breadcrumb ingredient. Would've enjoyed much better without and just melted cheese butter and spices. Just a personal taste for me. overall good recipe.

Mushroom Cube Steaks
Very good and simple! do NOT leave out the mustard, wouldn't be the same at all and boring! Iloved it and made exactly as written. Could have "maybe" used a bit more simmering substance such as beef broth to make it even fall apart tender, but like I said, loved it as is.

Salmon Chowder
Very good, I followed recipe almost exactly. I rated a 4, not 5, because although good, I think fresh salmon instead of canned would made have made it a 10 and made a big difference! Will use fresh next time for an excellent chowder! Thanks for the recipe!
